SUMMIT X One seismograph is the lightweight, flexible seismic data acquisition system for active seismic and continuous recording. It is very flexible to configuration changes. The use of small modules connected to a lightweight telemetry cable allows operation at different geophone positions. The new technology of "snapping" modules on the cable permits to find the best solution for high-resolution 2D and 3D seismic surveys in any area with an arbitrary distance between geophones in the range from one to several meters.
SUMMIT X One allows fast and reliable data transfer for quality control, as well as the technology of continuous data transfer during passive measurements.
The SUMMIT X One Trigger Unit (TU) offers a very flexible alternative way to send trigger signal to the seismograph. Instead of connecting long trigger cables to the nearest receiver unit, the TU can travel with the source and connect anywhere along the line using the same "snap" technology as the receiver units of this popular seismograph.
Minimum configuration:Maximum 330 m data cable length with up to 50 RUs. Maximum of 2 segments per DC. PC can connect to any DC in acquisition system. XDC – a cross unit for 3D configuration.
Seismic applications:SUMMIT X One seismograph is compatible to all seismic sources (sledge hammer, explosives, accelerated weight drop, vibrator) and all geophone types (1C, 3C, with natural frequencies 4,5 Hz, 10 Hz, 14 Hz, 28 Hz, 100 Hz, land geophone, borehole geophone, hydrophone)
